Dirty Dancing
Dirty Dancing is the tale of how "Baby" became a woman. Adapted from the world famous 1987 film starring Jennifer Grey and the late Patrick Swayzey, Dirty Dancing focuses on Frances "Baby" Houseman's family holiday to the New York Catskill Mountains in 1963. The holiday turns out to be the time of both Baby and hunky resort dancer, Johnny's lives as the pair meet and embark upon a summer romance. Things get a little complicated as Johnny's dance partner, Penny, falls pregnant and Baby desperately tries to resolve the issue, which ends up with her father forbidding her to socialise with Johnny again. Can their love survive the summer or is it set to be a winter of discontent for the young couple? Dirty Dancing - The Classic Story On Stage features much loved songs from the films original score including "Hungry Eyes," "Do You Love Me" and "I've Had The Time of My Life."
